Oklahoma - Nemaha Ridge

AXP Energy through its wholly owned subsidiary, AXP Energy (Oklahoma) LLC holds a 100% Working Interest and a 81.25% Net Revenue Interest in approximately 1,000 acres of the Edwards Lease.  The acreage is located near Ponca City, Oklahoma.

During the December Quarter 2025, the Company drilled and completed the Charlie #1 Well in the Miss Lime interval at approximately 4,400 feet.  The well is currently producing oil and gas.

Additional Wells are to be drilled on the acreage during Calendar 2026.
